How it works

  • 1. Register

    Send us your club details using the form on this page. It takes two minutes.

  • 2. Receive your code

    We review your registration and send you your club code – including ready-made wording you can pass straight on to your members.

  • 3. Settlement in January

    In January you receive the statement of your members' spend and the gift card for your club funds.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost us?

Nothing. There are no costs and no purchase obligation for the club. You pass the code on to your members, we take care of the rest.

Does the discount apply to the whole range?

Yes. It cannot be combined with other discount campaigns, though – during a campaign your members get whichever price is lower.

How is the revenue recorded?

Through your club code. Every order in which it is redeemed counts towards your club. Returns are deducted.

When and how do we get the gift card?

In January, for the previous calendar year. You receive a statement and the gift card by email. It is valid for 24 months and can be redeemed in our online shop.

Can we post the code publicly?

No – the code is meant for your members, for example in an internal newsletter, in the clubhouse or in your members' group. If it is distributed publicly we may deactivate it. The details are in the terms of participation.

How many members do we need?

There is no minimum size. From a small field course club to a large sports club, everyone is welcome.
